What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Cancellation is possible until your order is confirmed. However, if your order has been confirmed and you decide to cancel it, please promptly contact our customer support. We will exert every effort to assist you, taking into consideration the present status of your order.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All products currently available are non-refundable. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of order receipt, provided the products remain in unused condition. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We apologise for any inconvenience. To initiate an exchange, kindly visit the order details page and promptly submit your request along with relevant details and a photo of the damaged/incorrect item. Upon validation, we will promptly arrange for a replacement.
